Douglas Kennett is our fearless leader and President. He has a passion for Home Theater, and loves to work and play in New Hampshire and Maui.

SOME PROFESSIONALL HIGHLIGHTS:

AUTOMATION:

Doug installed an amazing automation system at ALLISONS RESTAURANT in Kennebunkport, Maine. The system was so well designed that the customers picked up on the programming and use of the system without any training. They hit the ground running, and can control every tv in the restaurant, and every direct tv box a floor away on a rack. Every staff member can simply touch a screen on the wall to turn tvs on and off.

NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

Doug has designed complete home systems for over 50 builders, many who have now retired or even passed away. He has been at this for a very long time. One recent home was in Meredith, NH. It ws 8,500 square feet, and he designed the network, the security, the AV inside and out, and even two guest houses. Cinemaesque worked on this home for about a year on and off, and Cinemaesque installed and trained home owner on every system in the home. From fire and burglar to a robust network, to several tv viewing areas. Whole house audio in the main home, as well as the guest house.

HISTORIC RESTORATIONS

About 15 years ago Doug headed up all the new systems at the Wolfeboro Inn as part of a large scale historic restoration. Cinemaesque ran wires and installed over 80 speakers and 40 tvs in the restaurant areas and rooms, as well as banquet and common areas. Cinemaesque bid against many other top AV firms, but was awarded the historic restoration based not only on price but also on the ability to take on large scale projects. That remains true today. Cinemaesque has taken on 50,.000 square foot trampoline parks throughout New England, and has done many large commercial locations as well.

PRO AUDIO

Based on the blueprints Doug designed both a PRO AUDIO system for the ICE ARANA and a 70 volt systems for the common areas as the all new Pop Whalen Ice Arena. We are proud to have been a part of this exciting new Ice arena in Wolfeboro, NH. We have since gone back to maintain and upgrade these systems.

CONSTRUCTION MANANGEMENT FOR LARGE SCALE THEATER PROJECTS

Douglas Kennett was in charge of a massive home theater project that included electrical upgrades, a custom mural around the room, a complete home theater, motorized blinds, theater chairs, and a complete automation of all of the above. Doug brought in some amazing sub contractors to handle work outside his own skills, and completed this theater at an agreed budget. This theater was also in a remote area. IMAX AND PRO AUDIO AT HOME PROJECT

Dougllas Kennet designed and installed a massive home theater in Gilford, NH. This theater has a 25 foot wide motorized film screen. The film screen came in a crate, and took 5 men to unload and install. Its was recessed into the ceiling and trim work was done to conceal the screen. Large format projector and full surround sound was part of this project. And an amazing universal remote to make it all work. One button and the screen drops from the ceiling and all devices power on.

BANQUET FACILITY

We installed several systems at the alll new South Peak Resort at Loon Mountain. We designed it with an optional large format projector, whole house audio, mics, and more. The rooms can be broken into three areas with three audio sources, or the three rooms can be combined into one large room. Over 70 speakers installed inside and outside at South Peak.
